Bus will take almost three hours while the Toy Train takes total time of around six hours. It is a great holiday destination throughout the year, except for monsoons. There are many points to visit like Panchganga Mandir,Dhom dam, Arthur’s Seat, , Venna Lake, Morarji Castle, Babington Point, Kate’s Point, Mapro garden, etc. Don’t forget to involve yourself in some amazing ice-cream delicacies while in Mapro Garden. Also, Pratapgad is a fort near Mahabaleshwar which was built by Shivaji Maharaj. Always Lookout points such as Lodwick Point, Babington Point andArthur’s Seat which offers spectacular views. There are number of 3 star hotels easily available here. And, while you visit Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani is only 10 Kms away.
