meenakshiMeenakshi Temple – It’s one of the world famous temple with the highest number of idols fixed to the towers of the temple entrance. The exterior of the entire temple is fanciful with 1000 pillar block within the temple which is definitely worth the visit. Also, there is a pond within the temple for people to get ready before they start with worship. The gigantic temple complex is dedicated to Shiva, who is known there as Sundareshvara and his consort Meenakshi ( or Parvati ). The temple was built initially by Kulasekara Pandya, but the complete credit for making the temple as marvellous as it is today goes to the Nayaks who ruled Madurai from the 16th to the 18th century.

goldenGolden Temple , Amritsar – Golden Temple is located in the city of Amritsar in the state of Punjab and is a place of sublime peacefulness and great beauty . There are some places which are beyond words and Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple ) is one of them. This raditional temple dedicated to Bhagwan Swaminarayan that reflects the spirituality of India’s ancient, rich culture, beautiful architecture.

Lord Jagannath Temple

Lord Jagannath Temple, Puri– it is one of the ancient temple of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra designed with elegance. There are numerous other small temples of several Gods and Goddesses in the temple complex. Also, there is massive kitchen which is just meant for preparation of “Bhog” in order to dedicate to Gods. This temple is situated in Puri around 2. 5km from sea beach and has four entrances on each of its sides. Thus, it is a huge attraction for travellers at the time of Rath Yatra.
