These are few amongst dozens of amusement parks of India where you can hit this summer and explore these insane rides and forget about all the worries for an entire day. With all these tailored thrilling experiences I would also like to list a must visit place for everyone out there!
Pawana Lake, Lonavala:
This place isn’t actually a water park but this is an amazing lake which has pretty fun boating options. I recently happened to visit this calm venue and I can vouch that it is a breathtaking place! The ride to the lake is pretty rough but totally worth it. You get to swim right in the middle of the lake, go kayaking and enjoy other great activities. Sailing out on the lake is serene;the plunge into the water and going wild without any man made thrills is a thrill in itself. A small adventure camp named Smallsteps is really a great step in letting people explore this ‘away from the city but close to nature’ place to its best. About food, there is no much choice right outside the lake but the Smallsteps can provide you noodles and that’d be heaven right after those crazy rides and dips in the sparkling lake. For a few extra bucks you can add trekking on the mighty Sahayadri ranges to your itinerary. There is also club Mahindra resort near the lake which organizes various water sports and activities at different charges.
Location: Near Lonavala-Khandala, Maharashtra, India .
Fee: Charges by Smallsteps:
- Motor boating charge is Rs 200/- per head.
- Paddle boating charge is Rs.150/- per head.
- Trekking cost is Rs.1000/- per head including food.
However charges could be negotiated.
