Start your trip with the largest city in the state, Jaipur. This city gives you an insight on the lavish lifestyle of the rulers or kings. Visit the old city, also known as pink city, walls and buildings are all painted in pink. It was the very first planned city in India.

The other important place in Jaipur is the City palace. This palace has been converted into a museum and perfectly depicts the cultural heritage of this Mahal.

From there, drive down to Udaipur, the most attractive and romantic city in Rajasthan. It is a perfect mixture of tradition, culture and beauty. And how can we forget delicious food and drink.

Then drive to Jodhpur, it takes around 4 hours and then stay at any of the palace that best suits your requirement. This city has amazing shopping markets for you to shop. It is the second largest city in the state  and is one of the perfect destinations for architectural lovers and don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful sunrise as the sun is visible here first every morning and for this reason jodhpur is also known as Sun city.

Some stunning tourist attractions in Jodhpur include Mehrangarh Fort, Kailana Lake, Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum and mandore garden.

  1. Rajasthan is a lovely place to roam. The palaces here are really very interesting. I had visited all these place few years ago and loved the experience. The photos here made me to remember my visit to Rajasthan
